To install the sponge heads, align the groove on the mop with the iron clamp on the sponge head. Then, use your strength to insert the clamp into the groove. To remove a sponge head, simply pull the ring on the mop head.

Adjustable Iron Pole Mop
The handle can be adjusted from 42.5 inches to 52 inches in length. To shorten the mop, unscrew the middle pole in an anticlockwise direction to fit your desired height.
